As a Financial Services Representative II within the Personal and Business Banking team, you will contribute to this mission by working in a fast-paced banking centre. In this role, you will foster key relationships with clients, understand their financial and personal goals, and provide informative, tailored service. Your expertise will help recommend the right products and solutions to support their financial success. This full-time, on-site position requires flexibility to work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends, and the ability to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance to deliver an excellent client experience.
You will meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advising them on solutions and providing forward-looking financial plans. This involves utilizing your knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals.
Cultivating strong relationships is essential, engaging in marketing and outreach activities to demonstrate value to clients and their communities. You will grow your network, deepen existing relationships, and collaborate with your team to connect clients with the appropriate people and opportunities.
As a technology expert, you will introduce clients to mobile banking applications, empowering them to better manage their banking needs.

Essential qualifications include current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds Licence, such as the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada. You must also demonstrate at least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results. Prior banking experience in a similar capacity is considered an asset.
