As a Client Service Representative, you will utilize your knowledge of financial services products to assist clients with their day-to-day banking needs. This includes expertly answering questions, facilitating transactions, and proactively connecting clients with the right CIBC team members who can further assist them. Success in this role hinges on exceptional client engagement, where you will help clients manage their accounts and products, focusing on making every interaction meaningful. You will also demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, listening attentively, asking pertinent questions, and acting as an owner to resolve client issues effectively, knowing when to collaborate with other members of the team for the best solution. Embracing technology is key; you will become a technology expert, introducing clients to mobile banking applications to help them better manage their financial needs. Flexibility to work within banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and occasionally at multiple locations within a reasonable travel distance, is also a requirement to ensure clients always receive the support they need.
