  • Coordinate and facilitate professional learning opportunities, workshops, communities of practice, and educational resources that strengthen educator capacity and continuous learning.
  • Support inclusive practices by collaborating with educators, families, and community professionals to develop responsive strategies that promote the participation and well-being of all children.
  • Coordinate practicum placements, mentor student educators, and support recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships that strengthen family engagement, community connections, and coordinated service delivery across Britannia Child Care programs.
  • Participate in departmental initiatives including strategic planning, grant implementation and reporting, quality improvement, and the development of resources and communications for families and educators.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement that reflects current research, emerging practices, and the values of the BC Early Learning Framework.
  • Support the production of promotional website content, materials and media posts.
