Key duties

As part of this program, you will navigate a specialized onboarding structure designed to prepare you for future placements.

• Participate in a structured onboarding and integration period within the district
• Gain valuable exposure to different branch environments
• Build strong relationships across the market
• Complete an initial training period of 12 weeks, which may take place at one or more designated locations
• Accept assignment into a Business Advisor position upon successful completion of the training program
