Position Summary

As a Branch Manager at Scotiabank, you will be a key leader in Petawawa, ON, responsible for the overall success of the branch. This involves meeting financial objectives related to the profitable growth and retention of the branch’s personal and business portfolio. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will focus on leadership, customer engagement, and operational oversight to ensure the branch's continued success. This includes:

  • Being passionate about leading and developing a team that will build and strengthen existing and new customer relationships by providing financial advice
  • Assisting with building and strengthening existing and new customer relationships, through coaching, training and observation
  • Coaching your team to success, both on an individual basis as well as for the Branch/Bank
  • Managing and minimizing the Bank’s exposure to risk
  • Overseeing the implementation of the Bank’s policies, practices, special initiatives and procedures

  • Successfully completed the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning (or Bank recognized equivalent)
