About the Role
As a Bilingual Contact Centre Representative IV in Montréal, you will be the voice of TD, providing tailored guidance and legendary customer service to our clients. This role focuses on Money-In Advice, assisting customers with their investment goals, time horizons, and risk tolerance to help them achieve short to long-term objectives. You will support customers through inbound and outbound calls, addressing account inquiries and recommending suitable TD products and services.
