Canadian Tire Bank is actively seeking a dedicated Bilingual Bank Customer Sales and Retention Representative in Ontario to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships with Canadian Tire Bank Triangle MasterCard members. As an ambassador for the Canadian Tire Brand, you will engage directly with customers, addressing a diverse range of inquiries related to credit card usage, statements, and marketing programs. In this role, the representative's primary responsibility is to understand and service customer needs, striving to 'own the moment' and find creative solutions to disputes and complex inquiries. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of one year of customer service experience, ideally gained in retail, fast food, hotel, or hospitality industries, who possess a demonstrated passion for driving an exceptional customer experience.
