You will manage procurement and financial processing, including expense reports, reimbursements, and corporate credit card reconciliation, ensuring compliance with UBC financial policies. Collaboration with the Office & Administration Manager is crucial, as you will assist in coordinating administrative and operational needs across multiple office locations within Campus + Community Planning. This includes site-specific needs such as workspace setup, office supplies, and facilities requests. Furthermore, you will play a significant role in administrative coordination for unit and departmental operations, organizing team meetings, workshops, and events. Your ability to maintain departmental directories, assist with onboarding processes, and troubleshoot basic office technology will be invaluable to the team.</p>

<p>This role demands strong organizational skills, discretion, and sound judgment to manage competing priorities effectively.
