To be successful in this Senior Project Manager role, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, healthcare, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. A minimum of eight years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects or programs is required, with a proven track record of delivering technology-enabled initiatives in highly integrated environments. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory, with Agile certification being a preferred asset. Ideal candidates will have experience delivering cyber security, digital health, technology, or risk-related initiatives, particularly within healthcare, government, or other highly regulated environments. Strong project management expertise, including planning, risk management, and delivery execution, is essential.
