Day-to-day

Reporting to the Nursing Unit Manager or Director of Nursing, the registered nursing team member maintains a high standard of patient care in accordance with the vision, mission, and philosophy of the SHA. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a high standard of patient care in accordance with the vision, mission and philosophy of the SHA
• Carrying out the assessment of comprehensive client centered care
• Planning comprehensive client centered care
• Implementing comprehensive client centered care
• Evaluating comprehensive client centered care

Requirements

Candidates interested in Saskatchewan Health Authority careers must meet specific education, licensing, and certification criteria:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN), Nursing diploma, Psychiatric Nursing diploma, or Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing
• Registered or eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) or College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK (CRPNS)
• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
