The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a part-time temporary position at Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. This role involves working days, with 8.5-hour shifts over a three-week rotation, totalling 0.57 FTE. The expected start date for this position is June 8, 2026, and the temporary term is anticipated to conclude by August 31, 2026. The salary for this position is within the Pay Band Nurse A, ranging from $38.58 to $50.07 per hour. This position may also be eligible for recruitment and/or retention incentives.
Your Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive client-centred care. Your work will contribute to providing high-quality, patient-focused services within our combined care obstetrical nursing unit.
What You'll Bring
Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or a nursing diploma. You must hold a Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certificate (NRP) and a Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS). Registration with, or eligibility to register with, the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) is also required. We are looking for candidates with one year of related experience, and one year of obstetrics nursing experience is considered desirable. Those selected for an interview will be required to bring a valid Criminal Record Check, dated within six months and including a vulnerable sector search.
