Emergency Registered Nurse - Regina, Saskatchewan

About the Role

This is a full-time temporary Registered Nurse position within the Emergency Department at Regina General Hospital in Regina, Saskatchewan. The expected start date is June 12, 2026, with the temporary assignment concluding by February 22, 2027.

The role involves extended shift hours, typically 11.78 hours per shift, across days, nights, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays. The hourly pay band for a Nurse A ranges from $38.580 to $50.070.

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for upholding the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority. This role involves providing safe, quality nursing care to clients within the designated area.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager of the assigned department.

What You'll Bring

Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or an acceptable nursing diploma. A Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS) is required, and additional certifications such as ACLS, PEDS ACLS, and TNCC are considered assets.

Candidates must be registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS). Recent experience in an Emergency setting is highly desired for this position.
