As a Recruiter at Faire, you will be instrumental in helping this innovative company scale its operations. The contract has potential for extension, depending on business needs and the impact you make in the recruiting process.
In this role, you will manage the entire recruiting process from start to finish, including negotiating and closing candidates. A significant part of your work will involve effectively partnering with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, structure roles, create compelling job descriptions, and develop robust sourcing strategies. You will utilize multiple sourcing channels, including internal referrals, to provide high-quality applicants for open positions across both business and tech organisations. Driving the offer process to successfully onboard candidates is also a core duty. Furthermore, you will help maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system, building transparent reporting on recruiting activity. Ideal candidates will possess at least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably from a tech startup environment. You should be resourceful, proactive, and passionate about recruiting, with excellent organizational and time management skills. A strong focus on candidate experience and employer brand, coupled with data-driven experience in managing campaigns, will help you stand out.
