As a Program Assistant within the Business Career Centre, you will oversee complex administrative processes for various programs and activities. This includes coordinating the Brand Management Mentorship Program and providing comprehensive administrative support for undergraduate career development courses, such as COMM 202, including mock interview logistics. A significant aspect of this role involves technical support and robust data management. You will oversee systems like Salesforce and 12twenty, troubleshooting multi-system data issues, ensuring data quality, and maintaining student databases. Proficiency in intermediate to advanced Excel is essential for designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and reports that track engagement and employment outcome data. This critical data analysis provides valuable insights for program leads and the leadership team, directly supporting the strategic goals of the UBC Sauder School of Business and its commitment to student career success.
