As a Part-Time Bakery Teammate, you will play a vital role in our Niagara Falls store, ensuring our customers receive the highest quality bakery products and service. What you'll do

As a Bakery Teammate, you will be responsible for carrying out a full range of duties in a professional, responsible, accurate, and timely fashion. You will deliver exceptional customer service, foster customer loyalty, and actively contribute to an engaging environment for both employees and customers. Your focus will be on ensuring the bakery department runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, corporate policies, and other programs and initiatives.
• Provide customer service to meet customer needs.
• Keep work area clean and presentable.
• Process customer bakery orders efficiently.
• Perform program execution and merchandising of bakery products.
• Handle and prepare a great range of bakery products.
• Increase store sales by actively promoting products.
• Participate in the training of junior staff as required.
• Order and receive stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures as required.
• Process department shrink.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per Company requirements.
• Perform other duties as required to support the bakery team.
