Key Responsibilities

You will assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees, actively ensuring guest satisfaction is consistently maintained. A key part of your role involves managing the overall guest experience, aiming for every visitor to be satisfied and excited about their next visit to our theatre. Furthermore, you will contribute to managing the theatre’s budget and actively growing revenue. You are also expected to forecast, initiate actions, and lead projects to drive the business forward, strengthening Cineplex Entertainment as Canada’s premier film exhibition company.

What You'll Bring

This role is an excellent fit if you possess prior experience in a similar customer-focused environment. You should be adept at analysing and interpreting customer needs, providing appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team during high-volume business periods across multiple departments is crucial. Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills are essential for success. Additionally, schedule flexibility to accommodate extended hours as required is a must for this position in Victoria.
