Responsibilities

As a Licensed Insurance Advisor, you will be crucial in guiding clients through their insurance needs, ensuring they receive the best advice and solutions. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Provide tailored insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their specific needs through inbound calls.
  • Deliver a consistent, positive client experience in every conversation, resolving concerns at the first point of contact and building relationships through meaningful discussions.
  • Complete personalized needs assessments and reviews, leveraging available tools, resources, and calculators to demonstrate value and support advice recommendations.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of regulatory risk when underwriting and updating home and auto insurance policies.
  • Effectively and seamlessly use established procedures during conversations with clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners across RBC to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Proactively recommend personal home and auto insurance solutions to new and existing clients, contributing to individual and team sales goals.
  • Refer clients to appropriate partners within the RBC organization for other financial services.
