As a key member of the National Sales Team for CIBC Asset Management, you will help develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies within your assigned territory. The goal is to maximise sustainable sales results from existing relationships and to develop new relationships with Advisors. As a Director, Regional Sales with CIBC Asset Management (CAM), you will provide consultative solutioning support for mutual funds, pools, funds of funds, ETFs, alternatives, and separately managed products. You will meet with Investment Advisors to become an essential partner, offering consultative advice to identify and address the needs of their clients' investment complexity. You will maintain high visibility in your territory, providing quality and timely sales support to existing and prospective clients. You will also share best practices, provide insights on successful client strategies, and gather client needs information to inform product and marketing improvements. This role involves an elevated approach to sales, working closely with the Director Business Development responsible for BDMs, and providing leadership and guidance to your Inside Sales partner.
