About the Role
The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a dedicated Hepatitis/HIV Outreach Social Worker to join their team in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. This full-time temporary position will commence on May 28, 2026, and is expected to conclude on July 29, 2027.

Your Responsibilities
As the Hepatitis/HIV Outreach Social Worker, you will work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team. Your primary focus will be to provide essential case management services.
You will apply harm reduction principles for clients within the target group, their significant others, and individuals identified as being at risk.
What You'll Bring
Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree. You must be registered or eligible for registration with the appropriate licensing body to practise in Saskatchewan.
Applicants are required to upload all relevant supporting documents, including certificates, diplomas, proof of enrolment, licences, and memberships, with their application. Those selected for an interview will need to provide a valid Criminal Record Check, dated within six months and including a vulnerable sector search, at the time of the interview.
Preference will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement terms and conditions.
Compensation and Work Details
This full-time temporary position offers a competitive salary within the Social Worker - BSW pay band, ranging from $35.137 to $42.966 per hour. The standard hours of work are days, with 112 hours per three-week rotation.
Travel is required for this role.
