As the Global Digital Product Manager, you will lead the strategic redesign and continuous evolution of Manulife Investment Management’s global corporate website. A key focus will be driving the strategy and execution of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, which form the foundational layer for all Manulife digital properties. This requires a proven ability to work collaboratively with business partners, internal teams, and external design and development experts to implement and iterate on digital solutions that elevate the client experience and boost engagement with our digital offerings. The manager will initiate and prioritize projects that not only deliver an excellent customer experience but also generate tangible business value. This role demands a strong understanding of the Agile development process, where you will act as a Business Process owner, ensuring the team backlog is well-managed and that product enhancements and new launches are taken from concept to successful delivery.
