Food Services Worker - Maidstone, SK

About the Role

This is a casual Food Services Worker position located at the Maidstone Health Complex in Maidstone, Saskatchewan. The role is affiliated with CUPE. The expected start date for this opportunity is June 08, 2026. This position does not guarantee hours; however, availability for a minimum of twenty-four hours per three-week period is required. Candidates must be available for all shifts, including short shifts, short-notice calls, statutory holidays, and other holidays as applicable. The pay band for this role ranges from $19.520 to $20.880, based on a three-step range.

Key Responsibilities

As a Food Services Worker, you will assist with the preparation and distribution of food and beverages, excluding cooking tasks. Your duties will include providing cafeteria, catering, and dining room services. A key part of the role also involves cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas to maintain high standards of hygiene.

What You'll Bring

Successful candidates will have a Grade 10 education and possess a valid Food Safe Certificate. Basic computer skills and strong communication skills are essential for this position. A valid driver's licence may be required depending on specific operational needs.
