As a Financial Services Representative in Île-Perrot, Québec, you will join the Personal and Business Banking team. This role involves making a significant difference in clients' lives by fostering relationships, understanding their financial goals, and providing tailored service. You will recommend suitable products and solutions to support their financial success. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, is required. You may also need to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance to deliver an excellent client experience.
You will meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, advising them on solutions and developing forward-looking financial plans. This includes applying your knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection to help clients achieve their goals.
Building strong relationships is crucial; you will engage in marketing and outreach activities to demonstrate value to clients and their communities. You will also grow your professional network, deepen existing client relationships, and collaborate with your team to connect clients with appropriate opportunities.
You will become proficient in technology, sharing your expertise by introducing clients to mobile banking applications. This empowers clients to better manage their banking needs digitally.

You are a certified professional with a current Mutual Funds Licence (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada) in good standing. You bring at least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results. Prior banking experience in a similar capacity is considered an asset.
