As a Combined Lab & X-Ray Technologist Supervisor at the La Loche Health Centre, you will play a crucial role in the detection, prevention, and management of physiological and pathological conditions. • Perform laboratory and radiology duties associated with the detection, prevention, and management of physiological and pathological conditions.
• Coordinate and supervise technical staff and work processes across both the lab and X-Ray departments.
• Execute various administrative duties essential for departmental efficiency and patient care.

Who We're Looking For

The Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to lead our Combined Lab & X-Ray department in La Loche. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in both laboratory and X-ray technology, coupled with the leadership and basic administrative skills required to manage a busy healthcare environment effectively. Your ability to work independently and your commitment to quality health services will be key to your success in this role.

• Experience: One (1) year experience working as a CLXT.
• Education: Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technologist diploma (CLXT).
• Competencies: Basic interpersonal skills, basic communication skills, basic computer skills, basic organizational skills, basic analytical skills.
• Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to work independently.
• Other Information: Valid driver's license, where required.

• Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band 16, ranging from $36.620 to $39.220 per hour (3 step range).
