About the Role

This Clinical Research Coordinator position at the University of Alberta is based in-person at North Campus Edmonton. It is an initial six-month appointment. The role provides essential support to clinical research within the NeuroICU and assists with Principal Investigator-initiated studies in the GSICU, encompassing both in-house investigator research and industry-sponsored projects. This is a diverse and complex position involving standard procedures, day-to-day research operations, the development of new techniques, and independent problem-solving. The coordinator will manage various investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored research studies with an independent schedule and minimal supervision. Some evening, night, and weekend shifts may be required to meet study demands.
