About the Role at CIBC
As a Client Service Representative within CIBC's Personal and Business Banking Team, you will work in a dynamic Banking Centre. Your role involves leveraging your financial services product knowledge to assist clients with their daily banking requirements. You will be the primary point of contact, answering questions, facilitating transactions, and connecting clients with the appropriate CIBC team members to support their financial aspirations. Delivering an exceptional client experience is paramount, requiring flexibility to work banking centre hours, including potential evenings and weekends, and to work at various banking centres within a reasonable travel distance. This on-site position involves 15 weekly hours. Success is measured by your ability to engage clients, manage their accounts, resolve issues by listening and collaborating, and expertly introduce them to mobile banking technologies.
