Cineplex is seeking a dedicated Cast Leader in Ottawa. Cast Leaders are integral to providing an exceptional guest experience. This role maintains a motivational and positive work environment, ensuring all standards, policies, and procedures are followed. The pay rate for this position is $18.60 per hour. What You'll Do

You will assist the management team in directing and coordinating Cast activities to consistently exceed guest expectations. Responsibilities include facilitating all in-house training, dedicating yourself to consistent training efforts, and providing feedback to management about Cast performance. You will work alongside peers to ensure operational excellence.

What You'll Bring

To be a perfect fit, you should have a minimum of six months tenure with no active discipline. Cross-training in all building offerings, including core concession, floor, RBOs, and box office, is required. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to encourage others to perform at a high level are essential. You consistently deliver the highest quality of guest service and can lead those behaviours in others. Cast Leaders must be available to work during times critical to the needs of the business. Interested applicants must complete a certification process designed to evaluate Cineplex job knowledge and presentation skills.
