About the Role
This Business Development Partner role focuses on coaching, client-centricity, relationship building, and sales drive. You will join the Sun Life district team to make a positive difference for Canadians and financial advisors. The primary purpose is to recruit, onboard, develop, and coach new advisors during their first four years, helping them establish and grow a holistic financial services practice. This includes supporting them with life and health insurance and wealth products. You will report to the District Manager and collaborate with the district and regional teams.
