Key Responsibilities and What You'll Bring

As a Bakery Teammate, also known as a Bakery Clerk, you will be responsible for carrying out a full range of duties in a professional, responsible, accurate, and timely fashion. A primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer service, fostering customer loyalty and fulfilling customer needs with every interaction. You will actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement, ensuring a positive experience for everyone. Your daily tasks will include adhering to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, and corporate policies. You will keep your work area clean and presentable, process customer bakery orders efficiently, and perform program execution and merchandising of bakery products. Handling and preparing bakery products will be a core part of your role, alongside actively promoting products to increase store sales. Additionally, you may participate in the training of junior staff and order and receive stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures as required.
