Key Duties

  • Leading, coaching, developing, and retaining a high-performing sales team with a strong focus on sales performance and customer experience.
  • Managing all aspects of store operations, by providing best-in-class service and solution-based customer experiences to our customers while promoting Rogers & Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard.
  • Delivering on business plans to achieve regional and store-level targets.
  • Representing Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events.

  • Experience building strong connections with your team through clear, effective communication that drives positive outcomes and supports team and business goals.
  • Management experience overseeing retail staff, operations, and performance to drive and deliver strong, consistent sales results.
  • A leader who can foster a culture of continuous improvement through innovation and collaboration, strengthening team performance and contributing to overall store growth, results, and performance.
  • Availability for 40 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays, to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times.
