Join the Personal and Business Banking team at CIBC in New Westminster, BC, where you will play a pivotal role in building strong, relationship-oriented banking for the modern world. As a Financial Services Representative Universal Banker, you will make a meaningful difference in our clients' lives by proactively engaging with them. Your primary focus will be to understand their personal and business priorities, advising them on the right solutions, and helping to craft a forward-looking financial plan. You will leverage CIBC’s best-in-class mobile and online banking options to ensure clients have access to the most effective tools for their financial success. This role requires flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and to support multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will become a technology expert, sharing your knowledge to help clients better manage their banking needs through innovative applications. Furthermore, you will engage in marketing and outreach activities, deepening existing relationships and growing your network, ensuring clients are connected to the right people and opportunities within CIBC.
