About the Role
As a Registered Practical Nurse on our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing client-centred nursing services to assigned patients. This includes contributing to the development of realistic discharge plans and using sound critical thinking skills to achieve positive patient outcomes. You will also participate in program planning, continuous quality improvement, and evaluation, ensuring all nursing care is delivered in accordance with established standards of nursing practice. This is a Permanent Full Time position located at the Mississauga Hospital, involving 11.25-hour shifts across days, nights, and weekends. The wage range for this CUPE09 role is $36.613 - $39.02 per hour.
