Key Responsibilities

As a Department Specialised Associate, you will drive sales in a highly specialised part of our business where product knowledge is paramount. You will prioritise customer service, ensuring positive interactions take precedence over task completion.

Your duties include assisting customers with sales, providing detailed product information, answering questions, recommending suitable products, and retrieving items from locked cabinets. You will also complete standard floor associate tasks such as deep zoning, executing CAP/VizPick and PinPoint processes, implementing price changes, and setting modular displays.

Additionally, you will promote charity events, the Walmart Mastercard, the Walmart Protection Plan, and our OMNI extended aisle offerings. The role involves managing high-complexity in-store product launches, including training and advising other areas of the store as necessary. The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.75.
