  • Bring a strategic culture and employee lens to regional priorities and change initiatives, helping leaders turn feedback and insights into visible, practical actions that strengthen engagement, belonging and business performance.

What you'll bring

  • Passionate about creating workplaces where people feel connected, included, valued and able to do their best work.
  • Demonstrated experience strengthening organizational culture, employee engagement, inclusion and belonging, communications or employee experience in a complex organization.
  • A highly effective relationship builder who listens well, earns trust and works comfortably with employees and leaders at all levels.
  • Can take broad themes and employee feedback and turn them into focused, practical initiatives that produce a visible difference.
  • Can communicate clearly and authentically across written, verbal and facilitated settings and can make complex information accessible to different audiences.
